We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Change of Mind (Online Orders Only)

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order and return most items purchased online within 14 days of delivery — no explanation needed.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order

Once notified, you’ll have 14 more days to return the item to us.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

🍷 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your wine or snacks arrive damaged, leaking, or otherwise faulty:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include a photo of the issue and your order number

  • We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation

🔁 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you via email

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item
