Producers explored will include dynamic wineries such as Ramiro Ibáñez, who makes unfortified Palomino in Sanlúcar, and Fedellos do Couto, who are reviving old vineyards in Galicia's Ribeira Sacra. We'll also taste Raventós i Blanc, a family estate farming in Penedès since 1497 that makes biodynamic sparkling wine outside the Cava DO.
