Join us for a deep dive into Spain’s most exciting olive oil regions with acclaimed olive oil sommelier Sarah Merrigan of Sarah & Olive. We’ll taste a curated selection of award-winning Spanish extra virgin olive oils, exploring varieties, terroir and production styles from some of the country’s finest producers.

This is a dry tasting - no wine is included (it is January after all), but there will absolutely be the option to purchase and enjoy wine on the night if you wish.

Sarah is widely regarded as one of the very best in the business, specialising exclusively in exceptional Spanish olive oils through her company Sarah & Olive, and this is an exciting opportunity to taste and learn from her in person.
