Join us at Fíon Eile for an evening exploring the versatility of Chenin Blanc with Château Baumard from the Loire Valley.
Over two hours we will taste six wines showing different styles of Chenin Blanc, including sparkling, dry and sweet expressions. Château Baumard is one of the Loire’s most respected producers and their wines offer a clear look at how this grape changes across styles and appellations.
The evening includes a guided tasting with cheese and charcuterie and a chance to learn more about Chenin Blanc in one of its classic regions.
