Les Deux Cols is a small organic estate in the Southern Rhône, founded in 2012 by Irishman Simon Tyrrell. Its cool, elevated vineyards produce a fresher, more elegant style of Rhône wine. Paul spent some time harvesting with Les Deux Cols this season, so we are delighted to be showcasing their wines at Fíon Eile.
